Red Lion Hotel Hartford, Hartford

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. I loved the view from my room where I could watch the new stadium being built, but unfortunately, the presence of mold or something similar triggered an allergic reaction. Additionally, noisy parties in the hallways, an inconsistent heater fan, lack of an indoor pool, and unexpected parking fees were significant drawbacks.

I had a comfortable stay at the hotel despite its proximity to a major highway. The rooms were surprisingly quiet, and the service was outstanding. The location was convenient for accessing nearby venues, although it felt a bit secluded. The dining experience was a letdown, but overall, the facilities were satisfactory.

My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were nice and well-appointed, offering a pretty clean and comfy experience. On the downside, there weren't enough pillows, and I had a view of downtown. The great selections for food and entertainment were a plus, but I encountered mold or something triggering allergies. The loud parties stomping through the hallways and the heater fan constantly coming on and off were quite disturbing. Additionally, the absence of an indoor pool was a letdown, and the $16 extra charge for parking was unexpected considering the price paid.
