I had a mixed experience at the hotel. I loved the view from my room where I could watch the new stadium being built, but unfortunately, the presence of mold or something similar triggered an allergic reaction. Additionally, noisy parties in the hallways, an inconsistent heater fan, lack of an indoor pool, and unexpected parking fees were significant drawbacks.

Rooms
5.0
Despite the great view of the new stadium being constructed, the room had issues like mold triggering my allergies, loud disturbances from parties in the hallways, a malfunctioning heater fan, and signs of wear and tear like a broken toilet seat and stained carpet. The complimentary amenities were minimal, with only one bottle of water and an ice bucket provided.
Service
7.0
My interaction with the staff was pleasant overall, although there was an incident of early morning disturbance with unnecessary knocking on the door at 7:00 am, which disrupted my sleep. The service in the Lounge area provided by a staff member named Mel stood out positively despite other minor inconveniences.
Location
6.0
The hotel's location was convenient for accessing the Comcast center for concerts and the Xfinity center for events, but the walk to downtown was described as 'creepy' due to the presence of individuals sleeping under the interstate. The surrounding area seemed to require improvements both in terms of property upkeep and overall safety.
Dining
5.0
The dining experience left much to be desired due to understaffing causing delays.
Facilities
5.0
The facilities seemed subpar, with the absence of key amenities like an indoor pool and the need for refurbishments evident in tired-looking curtains and flooring. The lack of activities possibly due to ongoing renovation works added to the underwhelming facilities.

I had a comfortable stay at the hotel despite its proximity to a major highway. The rooms were surprisingly quiet, and the service was outstanding. The location was convenient for accessing nearby venues, although it felt a bit secluded. The dining experience was a letdown, but overall, the facilities were satisfactory.

6.8/10

My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were nice and well-appointed, offering a pretty clean and comfy experience. On the downside, there weren't enough pillows, and I had a view of downtown. The great selections for food and entertainment were a plus, but I encountered mold or something triggering allergies. The loud parties stomping through the hallways and the heater fan constantly coming on and off were quite disturbing. Additionally, the absence of an indoor pool was a letdown, and the $16 extra charge for parking was unexpected considering the price paid.

Rooms
7.0
The rooms are nice and well-appointed but lacked enough pillows.
Service
9.0
The engaging service was a pleasure, especially the warm welcome from the staff. The woman named Mel in the Lounge area stood out for her gracious and professional demeanor.
Location
6.0
The hotel's location was convenient for being near downtown, with easy access to the Xfinity Theater. However, it needs some renovation as the decor feels outdated and tired.
Dining
7.0
The dining experience was decent, but there were delays due to understaffing. Organic products were a nice touch.
Facilities
5.0
The lack of an indoor pool was disappointing, and the additional charge of $16 for parking undercut the overall value for money.
